When you sign up, book Bethak, register for seva, donate, or shop with us, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address in order to provide these services.
How we use your information
We use your information to process bookings, donations, and orders; to send you WhatsApp/SMS confirmations and reminders; and to communicate ashram updates you've opted into.
How we protect your information
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Razorpay) and never stored on our servers.
Your choices
You can opt out of WhatsApp/SMS reminders at any time by contacting us, and you can request that we delete your account and associated data.
